  • Rents Saturday to Saturday for weekly stays.
  • Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm.
  • Off Season Check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm.
  • Check-out is by 10 am.

Property Access

  • Guest Access: Hard Key.
  • Elevator or stairwell to property level. Elevator is for convenience only and does not guarantee ADA Compliance or Wheelchair accessibility. Although elevators are checked on a regular basis, Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable if the elevator is not operating or functioning properly during your stay. No refunds will be issued for elevator closures or malfunctions.
  • Island-facing entry deck and Private Entry Door.

  • A valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation.
  • A signed rental agreement is required. Accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Fees and Payments

  • Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking.
  • After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.
  • After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.

Parking Information

  • Ample lighted parking for 2 vehicles in the parking area; a parking pass must be fully displayed at all times.
  • The HOA checks frequently during the season. Vehicles not displaying a pass will be towed.
  • 2 parking spaces available. Passes required.
  • Free parking is provided.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Bed linens, sheets, and towels provided. Sheets and towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and placed at the end of the beds.
  • Climate control, hair dryer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave/convection oven, refrigerator, stove, oven, and basic dishes & silverware provided.
  • High-speed internet, clothes washing machine, clothes dryer, and ironing board & iron are available.
  • Community pool access is provided. The Sea Colony Pool is closed for the winter after October 1, 2024. Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department or for weather-related reasons. No refunds will be issued for pool closures.
  • Outdoor space includes a balcony.
  • Smoke alarm and fire extinguisher provided.
  • Things to bring: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.
